Group predecessor started
Guangzhou Canqi Industrial and Commercial Finance and Taxation Consulting Co., Ltd. (predecessor) was launched to lay the foundation for corporate services.
Developing local services in Foshan
Foshan Yihang Financial and Taxation Consulting Co., Ltd. was established and began to deeply explore the Foshan local enterprise service market.
Foshan headquarters established
Foshan EasySail Financial Consulting Co., Ltd., the Foshan headquarters, was established to develop local services.
Guangzhou business pivot
Dingdang Enterprise Services (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. was established, forming the business fulcrum in Guangzhou.
Launch of Hainan operations
Hainan Dingdang Technology Services Co., Ltd. was established, extending operations to Hainan.
Yangpu area expansion
Yangpu Dingdang Financial Consulting Co., Ltd. was established to expand business in Yangpu, Hainan.
Human resources services
Dingdang Human Resources Services (Hainan) Co., Ltd. was established, extending to the direction of human resources services.
Expansion in southern Hainan
Sanya Dingdang Enterprise Service Co., Ltd. was established to expand the business service network in southern Hainan.
Legal advice supplement
Foshan Baixing Legal Consulting Co., Ltd. was established to supplement legal consulting service capabilities.
Strengthening of enterprise management
Foshan EasySail Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. was established to further strengthen enterprise management and comprehensive service capabilities.
Media sector launched
Foshan EasySail Media Co., Ltd. was established, and its business was further extended to the fields of content dissemination, short videos and brand display, providing support for subsequent overseas promotion of factories and access to international markets.
Hong Kong internationalization
The Hong Kong entity 易啓航國際企業服務有限公司 was established to support the group’s international business and cross-border coordination. Contracting entities, scope and responsibilities are agreed for each project.
