Calculate separately the time required for the work permit notification, visa application, and post-entry work permit and residence procedures. Obtaining documents, authentication, translation, appointments and additional-document requests all affect scheduling. Q:Which foreigners can apply for a Chinese work visa?
Applicants generally need a genuine employment or work arrangement in China and must meet the corresponding work permit category and visa requirements. Education, experience, position and talent conditions must be checked individually. Holding shares or registering a company does not by itself establish eligibility for a work visa.
