Which Regions Can EasySail Serve?
This article explains the service regions for EasySail's different business lines, distinguishing Foshan local tax and accounting, foreign investment into China, and overseas expansion and registration, and describes remote collaboration, on-site coordination, and the information needed for a first consultation.
Foshan EasySail Accounting (EasySail) serves clients not only in Foshan, but the service scope varies by business type. High-end tax and accounting and e-commerce tax and accounting primarily target Foshan-based companies; foreign enterprise entry into China focuses on Foshan and Guangzhou; overseas expansion and overseas company registration prioritize clients in Foshan and the Pearl River Delta, while also serving clients nationwide and overseas with relevant needs.
Whether we can work together depends on the client's needs, the project location, and what work needs to be done locally.

1. Three Factors to Determine Collaboration
First, the client's location. Whether the client is in Foshan, another city in China, or overseas, it affects communication, document delivery, and on-site arrangements, but it does not necessarily determine whether we can collaborate.
Second, the project location. A client may be overseas but planning to set up a company in Foshan, or based in Foshan but planning to operate in Hong Kong. The actual registration and business location often matters more than where the client is.
Third, the actual service conditions. Are on-site verification and documentation required? Can documents be prepared remotely? Do local institutions need to be involved? Who will execute the specific tasks? These need to be confirmed based on local requirements and project specifics.
2. Why Foshan Local Tax and Accounting Focuses on Local Clients?
High-end tax and accounting, financial management, and e-commerce tax and accounting typically require ongoing understanding of the business's operations and continuous communication with management. Building financial systems, cost accounting, and operational analysis all depend on real business data and internal processes.
Some projects involve on-site verification and continuous collaboration. E-commerce refunds, commissions, platform flows, and actual receipts also need to be reconciled according to business models. While some of these tasks can be done online, on-site support is sometimes necessary. Therefore, at this stage, we focus this part of our business on Foshan.
3. How Cross-Regional Services Work for Inbound Investment and Overseas Expansion?
For foreign enterprise entry into China, the key is where the project is planned to land. We prioritize serving foreign clients planning to establish companies or invest in Foshan and Guangzhou; for projects in Hainan and other cities, we assess local procedures and collaboration conditions based on needs.
Clients overseas can start with online discussions about investment plans, company formation, business premises, etc.; on-site inspections, identity verification, and matters that must be handled locally need to be arranged in advance.
Overseas expansion and overseas registration can serve a broader client base. Companies can first explain their company purpose, investment entity, business plan, and ongoing management needs remotely to proceed with preliminary analysis and document communication.
However, remote consultation does not mean all procedures can be completed remotely. Registration, bank account opening, identity verification, and ongoing management may require the client or local professional institutions to cooperate. Cross-regional service also does not mean we have offices in every city or country.
For matters beyond our actual capabilities or requiring other professional qualifications, the handling method and division of responsibilities should be clarified before cooperation.
4. What to Provide for the First Consultation?
- Client location: Which city or country are you currently in?
- Company status: Do you have an existing company, or are you planning to establish a new one?
- Project location: Where do you plan to register, invest, or operate?
- Service needs: What problems do you want to solve, and do you need on-site assistance?
With this information, we can initially determine the service scope, distinguish between remote work and local coordination, and then confirm documentation, fees, division of work, and execution arrangements. The key to collaboration is whether actual needs and service conditions can match.
